Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

  • Customers requesting a return or exchange must contact our customer service or submit a request via email within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Refund Methods & Timeframe:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): within 7 days of receipt

    • Credit Card Payment: within 7 days of receipt

    • PayPal Payment: within 7 days of receipt

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.

2. Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Submit a Request
    Within the specified timeframe, please provide the following information via email or customer service:

    • Full name, phone number, and email address

    • Shipping address

    • Product name and quantity

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Order number

  2. Receive Return Instructions
    After verifying the information, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship Back the Product

    • Use a trackable shipping method

    • Ensure the product and packaging are intact; fragile items must be properly labeled

    • Include the return form and original receipt

    • Do not send the product back directly without prior confirmation

  4. Processing Returns & Exchanges
    Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund or exchange as soon as possible.

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Situations

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or are in a second-hand condition

  • Damaged or missing products, packaging, or accessories

  • Shipping information does not match the order (unless caused by product issues)

  • Customer requests changes in size or specifications for personal reasons (please return first and reorder)

4. Product Quality Issues

If the product has a quality defect caused by our company (e.g., broken or damaged):

  • Contact customer service within 7 days of receipt

  • We will provide a replacement or refund based on the situation

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is confirmed, the product enters the preparation and shipping process

  • Confirmed orders cannot be directly canceled or modified

  • To change the product specifications or style, please follow the return process and place a new order

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Notes

  • COD orders must be paid in cash upon receipt

  • If the delivery address differs from the order address, please confirm in advance to avoid delivery issues
