Product Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

  • From the date of purchase, this product comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.

  • Accessories included with the product are not covered under the warranty.

  • For parts confirmed to have manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will provide free replacement.

Exclusions:

  • Corrosion, fading, or surface scratches

  • Damage caused by collision or dropping

  • Unauthorized modifications (e.g., drilling or welding)

  • Liquid or water damage

2. Battery Warranty

  • The battery comes with a one-year prorated warranty.

  • During the warranty period, if a manufacturing defect is found, the battery will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

  • The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries remains based on the original purchase date.

  • Cash refunds or equivalent replacements are not provided.

Not Covered:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, incorrect use, or abnormal operation

  • Improper storage or exposure to liquids, chemicals, dust, etc.

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches or dents that are not manufacturing defects

  • Use of non-original or uncertified accessories

  • Incorrect installation or operation contrary to the manual

  • Damage caused by external factors (collision, fire, flood, lightning, extreme weather, power issues, etc.)

  • Use of incompatible chargers or improper handling

  • Broken or tampered battery seals

  • Use in non-designated devices

3. Warranty Eligibility

  • Warranty is limited to the original purchaser and becomes effective from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty may be transferred under the following conditions:

    1. Warranty period has not expired

    2. The new owner provides the original purchaser’s name and order information

4. Warranty Claims

  1. To submit a claim, please contact us via email or customer service and provide:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos or videos of the damaged product

  2. Before submitting, it is recommended to contact customer service to confirm whether the issue can be resolved with a simple solution.

  3. All claims must be submitted within one year of purchase.

5. Shipping Damage

  • If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos or videos as proof.

  • Minor scratches on randomly included accessories during shipping are not eligible for replacement or compensation.
