Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us on Amazon. International shipments may be delayed due to natural disasters, severe weather, or other uncontrollable factors. For order tracking or delivery inquiries, please contact:

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following European countries/regions:
Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany

Note: Product prices include VAT, and in most cases, no additional customs duties or taxes are required. Some countries may incur customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Shipping Time

  • Order Processing Time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–13 business days (processing + shipping, depending on delivery location)

3. Shipping Methods & Couriers

  • Shipping Fee: Free

  • Courier: UPS or FedEx

  • Order Tracking:

    • A tracking number will be provided after shipment

    • Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update

    • Tracking number is valid for 24 hours

    • If tracking is unavailable, contact us, and we will assist within 48 hours

4. Delayed Shipments

  • Shipments may be delayed due to courier issues, severe weather, peak shipping periods, labor shortages, or supply chain disruptions

  • If estimated delivery time is exceeded, please contact us at zarahsicco@gmail.com and we will assist in coordinating with the logistics company

5. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled or the delivery address modified for free

  • After Shipping: Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified, frozen, or canceled

    • Refused deliveries will be treated as returns

    • In case of return, shipping costs will be deducted before refunding to the original payment method

  • Please ensure the shipping address is correct before placing an order

6. Taxes & Customs

  • In rare cases, orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in the destination country, which are the buyer’s responsibility

  • We cannot control customs policies of each country
